Mt Etna erupts for the 1st time in 2012…

The volcanic soil around Mt Etna is a big part of what makes Etna wines so delicious. Climate, altitude and the wine maker play a part too. These eruptions that occur somewhat often (in the volcanic world) have helped to make these special wines. Thanks to all who came out to ring in 2012 at Enoteca Molinari. There was plenty of bubbly, tasty Prather Ranch steak, some Barolo to wash it down, House made pasta with Lobster sauce, some more bubbly and a lot of party poppers.
